REFUND POLICY
Problematik uses Printful for print-on-demand printing and fulfillment. All products are custom-made to order, so we have a limited refund policy aligned with Printful's guidelines.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund (No Return Required)
- Defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong items (due to fulfillment errors).
- Lost or undelivered packages.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost orders) at hello@problematikbands.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
- A description of the problem.
We'll review your claim, submit it to Printful if it's a fulfillment issue, and—if approved—arrange a free replacement or refund (at our discretion). Printful covers eligible quality issues at no cost to you.
Not Eligible for Refund, Exchange, or Return
- Buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind, no longer wanting the item).
- Wrong size, color, or variant chosen by the customer (please review size charts and product details before ordering).
- Normal wear and tear or customer-caused damage.
Since products are custom-made and non-resellable, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
Process
All claims are handled case-by-case by Problematik. Customers must contact us directly—we handle all support. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to your original payment method.
